Returns and Refunds

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

If an item is faulty, unsafe, substantially different from its description or does not perform as reasonably expected, please contact us at peta@beaubabes.com.au with your order number and photographs of the issue.

If the item has a major problem, you may choose a refund or replacement. If the problem is minor, we may repair or replace the item within a reasonable time or otherwise provide a remedy required by law. Approved reasonable return-postage costs for faulty products will be reimbursed.

Sizing returns: We accept returns for exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, unused and has its original tags attached. The customer is responsible for return postage.

We do not offer change-of-mind returns on personalised or made-to-order items. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
